Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A refund of camp tuition will be awarded (minus a 25% service fee) if requested on or before November 4, 2011 using the local time of the camp for official time.  Since space is limited, no refunds will be given after this date.  Use the "Contact Us" link on the camp's website to request a refund.  All refunds, requested by the refund date, will be issued via check and will be mailed within four (4) weeks of the camp's completion.  Camp tuition can possibly be transferred (earliest refund date applies) to a different College Coaches Skills Camp within the same academic year if space is available in the requested camp.  There is no guarantee as to the proximity of other sessions of the College Coaches Skills Camp.  The coaches and instructors in attendance at the camp do not have any discretion when it comes to determining refunds. Please do not attempt to contact any of the coaches in attendance regarding refunds or insurance claims.  Although it rarely happens, a coach may cancel his attendance in the camp beyond the control of the College Coaches Skills Camp.  When that happens they will be removed from the website.  A coach's lack of attendance is not grounds for any type of refund.  On occassion inclement weather may occur on the camp date, during the camp, immediately after the camp or prior to the camp.  Every effort will be made to hold the camp regardless of inclement weather.  Should the camp be impossible to hold then camp credit will be extended to future College Coaches Skills Camp events either later that academic year or in future years.  Credit for future camps will only be extended if a camp is cancelled due to its inability to be held.
